Jan. 15 - Miss America Party w/my Princesses

I planned the entire day w/my girls to celebrate the Miss America pageant.I wanted to start a new tradition w/my girls, by watching the Miss America Pageant together.  We made it a whole day affair.  We baked and decorated a cake w/a crown and jewels on it, we had mini manis and pedis, hair, dress up and accessorized...sashes, crowns and scepters/wands....we also made fancy pink lemonade with umbrellas in them! We had so much fun! The girls got so in to it and picked their favorite contestants. Amanda loved Miss California, who was eventually eliminated and she was devastated about that! The girls even had their own "talent show" during the pageant! Can't wait to do this every year w/MY Princesses!
