July 6 - Lisa's Last Full Day of Life

There she is...my sister Lisa Anne (VanLaanen) Green.....this would be the very last picture taken of her upon entering gall bladder surgery @ approx. 5:30pm, July 6, 2009. She is full of life.....what happened? We love you Lisa, you were an amazing Angel here on earth and now our Angel in Heaven......words cannot express the loss we have in our hearts and lives without you. May your husband and children find peace one day in knowing that you ARE their Angel. Mom, Dad, Jane, Tom, Tommy, Cassie, Tony, Mary, Scott, I and our children loved you the most and were lucky enough to be such a huge part of your beautiful life.....WE were so lucky to have YOU. Life will never be the same as we knew it w/you, God help us.

Not sure who she was talking to at this time. Mom took this picture.

We decided to surprise Auntie Lisa at the hospital before heading to fireworks. Natalie had made a craft....a hospital....for Auntie and wanted to deliver it.

Surprise! Auntie LOVED her hospital from Natalie and it brought her to tears. Tears of joy.

Here is Auntie, Natalie and the hospital...with windows and a cross. It read "I'm sorry Auntie"

Amanda had a gift for Auntie too, of course.

This would be the last picture of Lisa I would ever take. This would be the last time we ever saw her alive. July 5th, 6:06pm...the date/time stamp on the picture.
