Dec. 01 - Snacks, Decorating, Snacks

Ryan 'smiles' for me while he makes a big mess w/his yogurt. He insists on eating it all by himself anymore....such a big boy already!

Natalie hangs the stockings!

Eating again...what's new!?

Nov. 30 - It's Beginning to Look A Lot Like Christmas!

Time to put up the Christmas tree! Lots of ornaments! The girls love helping. We've done away with garland since we have so many ornaments. I love every single ornament we have and could probably tell you how long we've had it, who gave it to us...etc. Each one has something special about it.

Amanda couldn't get enough decorating...
...while Natalie, of course, discovered a new purpose for the tree skirt - a skirt for herself! I can't even believe her sometimes...the things that must go thru her head. For her to think of this was pretty darn cute, I think!

Daddy tops our tree with the special Christmas Magic Kingdom Castle ornament he got for Mommy at Disney World! I still cannot find a star that I like for the top of the tree...I wonder if I ever will!?
The tree is complete, for now.

After all of that hard work, the girls needed some hot cocoa! Yummy!
Ryan loves his "Joey" panda stool. He uses it anywhere in the house to get what he wants. Not sure what he wants here, maybe to do the laundry for Mommy?!

Nov. 29 - Santa House and Miracle on 64th Street Lights Parade

The day started off with Ryan opening up an early Christmas present from Grandma Diamond and Papa. It was the Little People Nativity scene. The kids just loved it. We set it up and were off for the day to the Christmas festivities by G & G house!
Walking in the cold (but not too cold) to see Santa at his Santa House! Good thing Daddy thought to bring the wagon!
Santa House!

Ryan, Amanda and Natalie with Santa. "I WANT EVERYTHING!"

On our short visit to the park next to Santa, Natalie managed to run, trip and fall on her FACE, literally. I saw it happen. It was not good.

Over to our annual visit to Knights Court Bakery for hot drinks and games while Grandpa stakes out our seats for the parade.

There is a lot of games and nice furniture to relax here. They even have toys for the kids! So we don't mind waiting, inside and warm.

Ryan finds some big stuffed animals to play with! And look at those faces he is making for the camera. Those are his SMILES, for the camera anyway!

A very nice picture of Grandma and Grandpa

All bundled and ready for the parade to begin

Living Nativity float

A lot og really pretty floats and entries all lit up for the parade. It's hard to get good pictures, but hopefully this gives you an idea. Fun was had by all. Another tradition lives on. Merry Christmas!

Nov. 28 - Thanksgiving with Dad/Papa Dan

The day after Thanksgiving we celebrated w/Papa Dan. It was a fun time as always, and to be different, we had spaghetti. The kids played and we all ate way too much, of course!

Papa does his annual acrobatics show (to prove he's still young!) Rob adds a twist to the show this year with the pretty flower pot, OH MY!

Papa and Amanda, buddies for sure!

Not sure what happened to the rest of Sydney's dress-up outfit!? But she still looks cute!

Argh! Don't mess w/me, I have teeth!
