Aug. 8 - Natalie's Golden Birthday Celebration, Part 6

Beautiful views of Lake Michigan, Navy Pier, The City!  We had a spectacular time, dining, just the 3 of us. I absolutely took in every second of this day and especially this meal together.  I couldn't stop looking at Natalie and how beautiful she looked and how 'grown-up' she seemed on this day, with just Mommy & Daddy.  I am so happy I took these pictures to help capture those moments I felt. I was brought to tears at one point (just a couple) w/just being overwhelmed w/how special this day was for all of us, especially Natalie.  I am so lucky to be her Mommy and she makes me feel so loved every day.  She is so special, sweet, generous, thoughtful, kind, funny....and so much more! I love you Natalie Katherine!!! You are one special Little Girl...I mean Big Girl!!

When Daddy made the reservations for dinner, he made sure they knew that it was Natalie's 7th Golden Birthday!  Look at her dessert! We had to talk her in to having dessert b/c she was so full from dinner....and look at that purple "7" and "Happy 7th Birthday"!!!! Seriously, this day could not have been better!
PERFECTION!

Aug. 8 - Natalie's Golden Birthday Celebration, Part 5

Our wonderful dinner. Natalie continued on her Big Girl food journey and ordered chicken and mashed potatoes! No chicken nuggets for this Big Girl!! Hehe!

Aug. 8 - Natalie's Golden Birthday Celebration, Part 3

We had planned to take Natalie on a horse-drawn-carriage ride as part of her special day...and it turned out picture perfect. What an amazing part of the day. At one point, she leaned over on Daddy's lap and closed her eyes (Daddy was yawning!) and we just listened to the sound of the horse's hooves hitting the pavement. It was MAGICAL!
