The last of Easter pictures...

We ended Easter day at Grandma Diamond and Papa Painter's house. Dinner, presents, visiting. Most everyone was too full to even have dessert. How did that happen?!?

Easter Morning Hysteria

I'm doing all of this in bits and pieces, but there were so many great pix from Easter. So here is Easter morning...egg hunt, baskets, presents!

Easter Eve - Countdown to the Bunny

We rushed home Easter Eve from the Catey's after a wonderful day of food and family. We still had eggs to decorate and the Easter Bunny still had to hide those eggs, fill baskets & put a bike together for Natalie and assemble Ryan's push-along buggy. Scott dropped the girls and I off at the house and ran to Mom's to p/u the gifts that have been hiding in her garage while Ryan slept in the minivan. I got started on decorating the eggs with the girls....Ahhhh! The Easter Bunnies were up very late, but it was so worth it when we all woke up and went downstairs in the morning and discovered what the Bunny left! Wow!

I gave Amanda her new art apron I picked up from Land of Nod. She's been using a piece of material as her apron and wanted 'one like Natalie's'. So she got the pretty pink one w/flowers. The girls loved mixing colors and making new colors (PURPLE!)

Here are they are, ready to be hidden by the Easter Bunny!

This is what the kids came downstairs to in the morning....Natalie got her bike w/training wheels, Amanda got her Hello Kitty rocking chair and Ryan got his push-along buggy!

The Kids and the Cousins

Amanda & Ryan in their vintage dress coats that my mother-in-law dug out and had cleaned for Easter. They were worn by Daddy & his siblings when they were children, 30+ years ago!

The lamb cake was so cute and Ryan and cousin Austin play like boys do.

Grandma Catey had all kinds of crafts lined up for the kids to work on! Like painting Easter eggs and making bracelets!

All of the girls line up, by size and ran dowstairs for the Easter egg hunt, which was so fun to watch!
