This is another annual Halloween tradition we've been doing for many years! The city has a contest for homes decorated for Halloween and then lists all of them w/directions and you drove around in your car and see them. It's free, fun and SPOOKY! Some are interactive, like, yes, they make their own house in to a haunted house and this one in particular, with the scary guys eating at the counter, did just that. It was incredible, what they did to transform their home! So, we pack snacks, put on spooky Halloween music and caravan with whoever happens to come along...usually Mom and Tom, Uncle Robbie...Lisa always loved this event and we literally almost peed our pants many years laughing so hard. It was a tough one to get back to doing after her passing, but realized that anything I did w/her make me feel closer to her now that she is gone.
