The day started with a really fun play date w/Amanda's friend from preschool. Then I got a phone call from the school nurse in the afternoon, letting me know Natalie got bonked pretty bad during P.E. and that she was fighting a headache from the impact. I went and picked her up right away. She looked pretty bad. The whole side of her face was red....she was somewhat out of it and she proceeded to show me an open space in her teeth. I asked her when she lost that particular tooth, knowing it was loose, but not ready to fall out and she replied "when I fell at p.e." So she lost her tooth during the impact. The teacher took her to the gym to try to find the tooth and they weren't able to find it. So she either swallowed it or it was just plain lost. So we got home and she had an ice pack on for awhile, I gave her some tylenol and 1 hour later she wanted to go dress shopping for the daddy/daughter dance the following day! So, off we went! The girls had fun trying on dresses and then we capped the night off at McDonald's. Daddy was traveling, so we were on our own!
