Natalie wrote this letter and envelope to her first grade teacher who had recently announced that she was going to have to quit to take care of a family member. It says:
Dear Miss Burke, I miss you. I no you cat (can't) stay with us. I know you hav to stop being r techr.

Mistr Sunee (and then she drew her infamous picture of Mr. Sunee)
Pretty good for only a few wks in to first grade. Miss Burke left her address in case the kids wanted to write her and of course, Natalie did. So sweet! She even wrote out the envelope.
Otherwise, a lazy day.
