I started what we call "Monday VanLunch" when school started. There is only an hour+ between the time Natalie gets out of school and her Ballet/Tap class and it is too chaotic to go home, so we pack lunches and eat in the car. I wanted to come up with a snazzy name and so "Monday VanLunch" was born. It's Mondays and we have lunch in the van. That's all. The kids love it. They get to get out of their car seats and play in the back of the van. On this particular day, we had Wendy's though! Now that's a treat, Wendy's for Monday VanLunch!
